Our mission is to empower individuals, caregivers, and future ABA supervisors with the knowledge, skills, and support they need to create meaningful behavior change.

Our Story

Baker Consulting, LLC was founded with a simple yet powerful mission: to provide high-quality ABA services while shaping the next generation of Behavior Analysts. With years of experience in the field, we saw a need for more personalized, competency-driven supervision—one that goes beyond just logging hours and truly prepares future BCBAs for real-world success.

We believe that effective behavior change starts with strong mentorship, evidence-based practices, and a commitment to ethical, compassionate care. That’s why we offer individualized BCBA supervision, caregiver training, and direct ABA services to support clients and professionals alike.

Meet The Team

Janelle McDonald, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Owner & Clinical Consultant

Janelle established Baker Consulting, LLC in June 2020, leveraging her expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) across Virginia, Maryland, Wisconsin, and other states nationwide. With a strong expertise in creating successful ABA programs through collaboration with clients, families, and community partners, she now dedicates her efforts to assisting company leaders in building sustainable therapeutic practices. An accomplished author of multiple articles on the significance of ABA, Janelle also develops early intervention programs and provides consultation services in caregiver training, program development, professional development, ethics, and enhancing client and staff outcomes. Her rich experience encompasses managing multi-specialty practices and holding roles as a regional and clinical director.

Jake LaFramboise, M.A.Ed., BCBA, COBA, LBA

Clinical Consultant

Jake joined Baker Consulting as a Clinical Consultant in December 2024. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Certified Ohio Analyst (COBA), and a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in multiple U.S states. With a background as a certified Teacher of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Jake has extensive experience working with diverse populations. He adopts a holistic approach to create meaningful, driven by the belief that “If they do not learn the way we teach, we teach the way they learn.” Jake specializes in language development, caregiver training, and self-management, with a keen interest in Acceptance and Training to ensure his methods resonate with each individual he supports.
