Meet Janelle McDonald

Janelle founded Baker Consulting, LLC in June 2020, building on her experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Virginia, Maryland, Wisconsin and other states around the country.  With a proven track record in developing effective ABA programs collaboration with clients, families, and community stakeholders, she now focuses on helping company leaders create sustainable therapeutic practices. Janelle, who has both published several articles about the importance of ABA and developed early intervention programs, offers consultation services specializing in caregiver training, program development and professional development, ethics, and improving client and staff success. Her extensive background includes managing multi-specialty practices and serving as regional and clinical director.
